“ Ok, so I reviewed a few pizza places in St. Gallen here on google and with this one I can unashamedly say, that its simply the best pizza one can get in this town. Much harder is how to get it, currently it can only be found Thursdays for lunch at the rather remote Schuppistrasse 7. Should you travel that far out of town for a simple Margherita Pizza? In this case the answer is an enthusiastic and resounding YES, yes you should cancel all your appointments for next Thursday immediately and seek out Tràmudu! The base of the pizza is beautifully risen and baked to a charred crisp on the outside whilst remaining pillowy soft on the inside. Its the kind of pizza that does not weigh you down, so ideal for lunch, and where you can easily order a second one if you are really hungry. I always go for the Margherita, it is perfect, no toppings are needed to improve the experience. However, should you want more I highly recommend the spicy Salami, which is sliced waverly thin and due to the short baking time in the wood-fired oven does not leave you with the grease-fest other salami pizzas often turn into. Let me conclude; This is pizza at its best, get it while its hot. Its worth a trip and worth a wait. ”
